Job Description

Client acquisition and sales

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships with builders and channel partners.
Acquire new customers and build a substantial home loan portfolio.
Meet individual and team sales targets for home loan products.
Cross-sell other relevant financial products to existing clients.

Loan process management

Explain housing loan products, features, and benefits to prospective clients.
Help clients through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
Ensure proper collection of all required documents and KYC information.
Coordinate with internal departments like credit appraisal and legal teams to facilitate the loan process.
Provide guidance on property requirements and resolve issues related to site visits and paperwork.
