Relationship Manager-HL

As a Branch Sales Manager, your main role is to achieve sales targets through various business channels and direct relationships. You will be responsible for getting files ready for sanction by collecting KYC documents, NOI, and other necessary paperwork from customers. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure all formalities are completed. It is essential to maintain a good relationship with connectors, builders, and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets through various business channels and direct relationships - Collecting KYC documents, NOI, and required customer documents for file preparation - Coordinating with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams for completing formalities - Maintaining relationships with connectors, builders, and customers - Ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and local governance requirements - Conducting marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate leads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in sales of HL/LAP - Undergraduate/graduate degree - Basic knowledge of MS Office - Understanding of the Home Loan market and regulatory aspects - Knowledge of KYC documents - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - Leadership qualities and customer orientation The company offers a full-time job position with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
