Key Responsibilities
● Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via calls, messages, and walk-ins
● Share accurate property details and help schedule property visits
● Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into tenants
● Maintain lead records and status updates in CRM tools
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tenant onboarding Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline
● 0–3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
● Strong verbal and written communication in English
● Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach
● Preferred: Candidates living within 12 km of Koramangala
Salary & Benefits
● ₹23,000 – ₹30,000/month CTC (based on experience) + performance incentives
