Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Relationship Manager, based in Gandhinagar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, liaising with individual and business clients to understand their financial needs, and offering tailored banking and financial solutions. The role includes actively identifying new business opportunities, preparing and managing client accounts, and ensuring superior customer service to enhance client satisfaction and drive loyalty. Additionally, the manager will oversee client onboarding, financial transaction assistance, and handling customer queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management skills including client communication, customer relationship development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and business development, including identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and achieving targets.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, including loans, wealth management, and financial planning services.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer financial needs, manage accounts, and contribute to profitable growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, work in a hybrid work environment, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
  • Relevant experience in banking, finance, or relationship management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
