 Relationship Manager - GL South East 
 About The Role  
The Relationship Manager - GL South East is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients and partners in the South East region. This role requires a proactive and client-focused professional who can drive business growth, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within the designated area.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the South East region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to enhance business development efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activity, business development, and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to represent the organization.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the financial services or related sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the South East region as required.

  •  Preferred Skills 
  • Experience in managing high-value client accounts.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in the South East region.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

  •  Work Environment 
    This position requires frequent interaction with clients and stakeholders and may involve travel within the South East region. The Relationship Manager will work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
