Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bajaj Finance Limited, located in the North West region. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, including securities and stockbroking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Experience working with GL North West is preferred.
