Manage 360-degree customer lead management using the tech platform.
Handle end-to-end lead management generated by digital engagement, self-calling on databases, and call center activities.
Nurture all leads with the intention to close, by matching the right product to the customer's needs in the defined area or projects.
Manage the customer portfolio (all customers who have engaged with any projects) to deepen relationships, ensure monthly relationship continuity, enhance Customer Lifetime Value, generate references, and strengthen the loyalty program.
Manage the entire lead funnel via all relevant mediums such as voice, video, and text.
Work closely with customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and support financial management.
Negotiate with customers or developers to achieve effective closures.
Work on assigned projects, area, or beat to enhance online information availability on the platform and carry out online transactions.
Work closely on payment schedules to ensure effective realization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Presentable with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Flair for direct selling and face-to-face interactions.
Comfortable with traveling within the assigned area or beat.
Enjoys talking over the phone.
Good negotiation skills for selling.
Tech savvy and interested in adapting to new technologies.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and an interest in market trends.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not required.
