IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-First Wealth to join our team in Andheri, Maharashtra. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with customized wealth management solutions
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and other business development activities
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with updates on market trends and investment opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to offer a full range of banking products and services to clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients
• Proven sales and business development skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry
