Job Description

Description We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager in the Financial Services sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing client relationships and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients while identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the financial services sector. Identify clients financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and resolve client issues promptly. Stay updated on financial products, services, and market trends to provide informed advice to clients. Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients and management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in selling credit cards, fixed deposits, Savings bank accounts and personal loans are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and devise solutions.
