Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve assigned business targets for Annualized New Premium (ANP) and case count. Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, natural markets, and the orphan customer base. Conduct need analysis and explain product offerings to potential clients. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model. Upsell & cross-sell products to the allocated customer base. Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolve pending cases. Provide prompt post-sales service and maintain strong client relationships. Engage with customers regularly to enhance persistency ratios. Strategize and collaborate with supervisors to achieve business goals. Conduct joint sales calls with supervisors when required. Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness. Research market trends and analyze competition. Maintain and expand the client database in the assigned territory.
