Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a field sales role in the insurance sector. The role involves daily customer visits, lead generation through market references, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication and networking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle field sales of Term, Health, Life and Motor Insurance products for PolicyBazaar.
Visit 5-6 customers daily within allotted km radius; travel allowance is provided for each visit.
Generate leads through open market, customer reference and local networking, around specific percent of leads will be provided by company.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets based on Annualised Premium (ANP) and policy count.
Use need based selling techniques to ensure clients get the right insurance plan.
Maximise revenue through upselling and cross selling to the existing customer base.
Provide post sales service, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely policy issuance.
Maintain accurate customer database and coordinate regularly for follow-ups.
Work closely with supervisors for sales forecasting and planning business strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have own Bike and valid Driving license
Minimum 1 year of experience into Field Sales
Proficient in the regional language communication
Strong communication and networking skills
Male candidates age upto 35 below
