Job Description

Role & responsibilities As a Relationship Manager at Policy bazaar you will be responsible for achieving sales targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count. They must generate new leads through referrals, the open market and the orphan customer base to expand their clientele. Regular client meetings should be conducted to understand insurance needs and provide suitable solutions. The role involves upselling and cross selling to existing customers to maximize revenue. Regular clients meetings should be scheduled and conducted to thoroughly understand each clients insurance needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Post-sales responsibilities include promptly resolving customer queries and ensuring the timely issuance of insurance policies to maintain customer satisfaction. They must efficiently manage, update, and grow the customer database within their assigned territory to support ongoing sales efforts and customer retention. Preferred candidate profile Must own a bike with a valid driving license for field work. Proficient in the regional language for effective communication. At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or related sectors. Strong communication and networking skills to build and maintain customer relationships, Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to travel regularly within the territory.
