Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales, B2B internet services, or B2B marketplace platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by conducting a minimum of 3 client meetings per day and driving revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct at least 3 client meetings daily to pitch company products/services.
Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as defined by the management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Report daily sales activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status to the reporting manager.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates for all sales activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate
1–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in internet services, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
