Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good personality with excellent interpersonal and sales skills. You should have a solid understanding of Motor Insurance and prior experience in team handling. Building strong relationships with Motor agents and collaborating effectively with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to meet Agents, Lead providers, and intermediaries regularly, while maintaining records in an organized manner. Additionally, you will need to conduct regular field visits to promote the sale of health policies either with agents or individually. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of on-field sales experience in Insurance products and hold a graduation degree. Candidates with an operational background may not be suitable for this position as the role requires 100% on-field work for the sales of Motor policies.
