• Offer the best possible customer delight atall times by way of exhibiting best qualitieslike listening, acknowledgement, empathy,helpfulness and most importantly customercentricity• Ensure consistency across touch-points - At theSales Office / premises, At CustomersHome/ Office, on the phone / via email /SMS / any documentation• Tracking Customer Satisfaction andmaintaining the high service qualitystandards - Consistency in experiencebacked up by constant monitoring andnecessary enhancementsTransactional Process:• Handle customer queries, concerns,suggestions, feedback, etc. and manage theirexpectations• Update all necessary systems, trackers, SAPmodules and customer history details forseamless management at all times.• Management of collectibles from customersand ensuring achievement of collectiontargets• Enabling processes that provide accuratedocumentation to customers for theirtransactions• Co-ordination and Liaising with internalstakeholders to ensure resolution of queries &systemic issues• Maintaining low complaint escalation andcustomer cancellation percentages• Maintaining a high (90%-100%) level ofrevenue assurance from assigned projects
