Join us as a Relationship Manager, Credit Delivery in a dynamic team where you will be responsible for controlling the strategic and daily support for client services, business development, and relationship building. Specializing in credit delivery, you will manage client relationships and strive to exceed their expectations consistently. This role offers the opportunity to hone your communication and interpersonal skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment at a senior analyst level. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in effectively managing your diary, building and developing a portfolio of clients, and delivering excellent service. You will be instrumental in supporting management in developing high-quality new business proposals, assisting with credit analysis, and establishing a strong relationship with the credit function. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be tasked with designing and originating new business proposals tailored to the clients" needs, evaluating our products and services against competitors to maximize opportunities during personal reviews, fostering relationships with stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations, and finalizing contractual terms with new intermediaries. Collaboration with other product teams will be essential to provide clients with a comprehensive, integrated, and high-quality banking relationship. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of credit delivery and substantial experience in the financial services industry. An excellent understanding of legal forms of lending, security, corporate finance, and capital models is essential. Furthermore, strong communication skills are a must, enabling you to operate and influence effectively at a senior level both internally and externally with customers and intermediary organizations. Moreover, the ideal candidate will hold a QFA qualification with robust credit analysis skills, demonstrate excellent relationship management abilities, have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams, exhibit familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, and possess risk management expertise within a financial services environment. Proficiency in business processes such as know your customer, anti-money laundering, deal structuring, and preparing credit appraisals will be advantageous.,
