Job Summary:

Relationship Manager Credit Cards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for credit card products through field visits, referrals, leads, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing credit card customers to ensure usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for card issuance and usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like operations, risk, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
  • Monitor credit card usage behavior and suggest upgrades or value-added services.
  • Address customer complaints, queries, and provide timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, credit policies, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably business, finance, or marketing).
  • 13 years of experience in credit card sales or banking/financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of credit card features, billing cycles, and regulatory guidelines.

Desirable:

  • Experience with HNI/UHNI clientele or co-branded cards.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools or lead management systems.
  • Local language proficiency is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly credit card acquisition numbers.
  • Activation and usage rates.
  • Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
  • Cross-sell and up-sell performance.
  • TAT adherence and process compliance.
