Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager - Corporate Coverage in the Wholesale Banking department, your main responsibility is to spearhead business generation while adhering to regulations and the bank's risk appetite. Your focus will be on expanding the volume of trade through deep client relationships and understanding their needs and business characteristics. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless customer onboarding and maintain best-in-class customer servicing standards. - Develop deep relationships with clients to become their preferred banking partner. - Understand client requirements and structure solutions to achieve customer satisfaction within the bank's policies. - Accountable for customer acquisition, due diligence, and recovery processes. - Generate diversified revenue sources for wholesale banking through campaigns and client acquisition. - Analyze financial reports to identify potential risks and prevent losses to the bank. - Gather market intelligence to incorporate best practices into your strategies. - Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals. - Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) for efficient processes and desired objectives. - Implement mechanisms to measure and monitor customer satisfaction, making necessary changes for improvement. - Review customer complaints to maintain high-quality customer service and increase treasury business.
