As a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Coverage department of Wholesale Banking, your primary role is to drive business growth within the boundaries of regulations and the bank's risk tolerance, with the aim of expanding trade volume. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure seamless customer onboarding by upholding top-notch service standards and processes, fostering deep relationships to position yourself as the preferred banking partner for clients. - Understand client needs, business dynamics, and sector attributes to tailor solutions that align with both customer expectations and bank policies. - Take charge of customer acquisition, due diligence, and recovery processes. - Innovate to diversify revenue streams for wholesale banking, initiating campaigns to enhance customer reach and acquire high-value clients. - Analyze clients" financial reports to detect early warning signals and highlight potential risks to safeguard the bank's interests. - Utilize market intelligence to implement industry best practices. - Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic business objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to accomplish business targets efficiently. - Establish robust mechanisms for ongoing customer satisfaction measurement, driving continuous improvement in processes and performance. - Uphold superior customer service standards and address customer concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction levels and boost treasury business. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation in any discipline - 5-10 years of experience in relationship management Please note that the qualifications required for this role include a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline, along with a substantial background in relationship management spanning 5 to 10 years.
