Position : Relationship Manager â Corporate Alliances About the Role : We're looking for a passionate, well-connected, and driven Relationship Manager to lead corporate partnerships for our Advance Salary Program â a flagship initiative under our Employee Wellness Solutions. Key Responsibilities Build Relationships - Connect and partner with HR heads, CHROs, and decision-makers across mid-to-large corporates. Drive Growth - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate onboarding â from first pitch to go-live. Strategize & Execute - Create outreach strategies, lead impactful presentations, and tailor value propositions for each client. Collaborate Internally - Work closely with product, operations, credit, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery. Stay Ahead - Track market trends, competitor offerings, and continuously refine our pitch and positioning.
