Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Industry: Banking Sector & Retail Sales Qualification: Degree Mandatory / Diploma / +2 Completed Gender: Male or Female Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives + PF + ESI Requirements: Good Communication + Bike with Valid Licence Job Type: Full-time Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu (as per company allocation) 🔹 Job Responsibilities * Generate leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory. * Conduct field visits for product explanation and conversions. * Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into sales. * Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. * Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups. * Prepare daily sales reports and update customer database. * Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. 🔹 Skills Required * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and presentation ability. * Basic sales knowledge and customer handling. * Good time management and target-driven mindset. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
