Relationship Manager Channel Partner Relations

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Channel Partner Relations, located in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, ensuring partner satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective partner engagement. The role involves regular communication with partners, handling partner queries, and collaborating with internal teams to address partner needs. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be involved in planning and executing partner events and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and onboard new channel partners.

·        Provide training and support to ensure partner success.

·        Manage and enhance performance of existing partners.

·        Build and maintain strong partner relationships to achieve mutual goals.

·        Collaborate with internal sales teams for aligned execution.

·        Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market insights.

·        Track and report partner performance (sales, revenue, metrics).

·        Resolve conflicts and channel challenges effectively.

·        Guide partners on product and solution offerings.

·        Attend industry events & conferences to network and promote the company.

Ideal Candidate:

·        4–6 years of experience in channel management or sales.

·        Proficient in CRM tools.

·        Strong verbal & written communication skills.

·        Comfortable presenting to partners and stakeholders.

·        Knowledge of sales techniques & strategies.

·        Excellent relationship-building skills.

·        Strong negotiation & problem-solving abilities.

·        Good time management & organizational skills

·        Ability to work independently and in teams

·        Flexible and adaptable to change

·        Desire to learn and grow in channel management

·        MBA or Bachelor’s in Business is required
