We act as a trusted bridge between car owners (hosts) and customers, ensuring a seamless, premium, and reliable self-drive experience. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for passionate and people-friendly professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers. Role Overview:As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing strong relationships with our car hosts who attach their vehicles with us, as well as with our customers who rent those vehicles. Your ability to build trust, offer support, and provide clear communication will help create long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with car hosts and customers. Onboard new car hosts and guide them through the attachment process. Resolve host and customer queries efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth bookings and operations. Monitor customer feedback and ensure excellent service delivery. Provide support during the car pick-up and return process if needed. Maintain accurate records of customer and host interactions. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of automobiles and car rental operations (a plus). Proficiency in Hindi and English; local language is a bonus.
