Relationship Manager - Business Banking

As a Relationship Manager in the Retail Banking Sales function of the Banking industry, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers in the MSME segment for loans up to Rs. 5 Crores and manage customer relationships across mapped branches/geography. You will be expected to generate leads, meet potential customers, and drive the acquisition of new customers. Conducting necessary KYC/customer validation, due diligence, market enquiry, and collecting required data/information are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, verifying references, conducting unit and security visits, reviewing financials/bank statements, and starting the Login Activity are part of your responsibilities. Your job will involve coordinating internally to obtain sanction and issuance of sanction letters within stipulated timelines, ensuring overall achievement of individual targets, and liaising with panel advocates and engineers for title opinion and property valuation. You will also need to create and execute necessary documents, MOD, filing ROC, CERSAI, etc., and ensure the creation of limits in core banking along with disbursal of sanctioned limits within timelines. Monitoring the account on an ongoing basis until the next renewal and maintaining a cordial relationship with the Branch for leads and client servicing are essential for success in this role.
