Based in New Delhi with a pan-India presence, Brighter Mind is more than an asset manager-we are compassionate partners committed to walking alongside our investors, nurturing their growth with integrity, deep market insight, and unwavering dedication.   Website: - https://brightermind.in/ Investment Advisor / Relationship Manager (Wealth) Location: Meerut (Open to Travel) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Industry: Financial Services / Wealth Management Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:·       Responsible for new client acquisition, building strong relationships, and deepening engagement with existing clients. ·      Focus on expanding the investor network for equity advisory and wealth management services. ·      Identify and acquire potential channel partners in the respective geographies. ·      Drive AIF product sales through direct client engagement and collaboration with wealth managers, IFAs, private bankers, and RIAs. ·      Work towards achieving AUM and revenue targets for the allocated AIF offerings. ·      Engage and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional clients. ·      Deliver effective product presentations, investment pitches, and personalized portfolio discussions.    Desired Candidate Profile ·      MBA in Finance or Marketing from a recognized institution. ·      2–3 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or AIF sales. ·      Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. ·      Well-versed with SEBI regulations, especially those governing AIFs and wealth products. ·      Highly presentable, self-driven, and customer-focused with a strategic sales mindset. ·      Strong understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and capital markets. As per industry standards with performance-based incentives.
