Relationship Manager

Role Description

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with current clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their needs, ensuring that services meet client expectations, handling client inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. This is a full-time role located on-site in Pune.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Retention skills
• Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
