Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, understanding their needs and aligning our insurance solutions to meet those needs.
Quality Service: Ensuring High quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
Problem Solving: Responsible for generating new channel and coordinating with old channel for resolving their concerns/needs and provide services
Activation: Activation of bank staff with health insurance and other GI products
Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by promoting Tata AIGs insurance products through banking channels, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to bank staff on our products and sales processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell insurance effectively.
Market Insights: Gather and analyze market intelligence and feedback from banking partners to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Any Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience Bancassurance sales.
Good communication skills
