Job Summary:

recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment & Development

Identify and recruit new agents to sell motor insurance products.
Provide regular training and motivation to agents on products and sales techniques.
Help agents become productive and achieve their individual sales goals.

Sales & Business Growth

Drive sales of motor insurance (new business and renewals) through agents.
Support agents in generating leads, closing sales, and cross-selling related products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.

Field Work & Relationship Management

Visit agents, car dealers, and customers regularly in the field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and their clients.
Provide on-ground support for policy issuance, renewals, and claim coordination.

Customer Service

Ensure customers receive timely service and assistance for claims and renewals.
Resolve agent and customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain records of agent performance, leads, and business generation.
Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the manager.
Follow company policies and IRDAI regulations in all business activities.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Field sales and team-handling ability
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
Knowledge of motor insurance and claim process
Basic computer and mobile app skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate
1- 3 years of experience in insurance or field sales (preferably general or motor insurance)

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives
