*Job Description:*
We are hiring Relationship Managers in the bancassurance channel to drive life insurance sales and manage relationships with partner banks.*Key Responsibilities:*
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and sales teams
Drive sales of life insurance products through interactions
Generate and convert leads effectively to achieve monthly sales targets
Promote the value and benefits of life insurance to bank customers
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and post-sales support
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress
*Eligibility / Mandatory Requirements:*
Graduation with a marksheet and a degree
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Life Insurance / BFSI preferred)
