Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Raipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate insurance solutions accordingly. Daily responsibilities include client acquisition, selling insurance products, conducting personalized financial assessments, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role also involves proactively addressing client queries, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales and retention targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in customer service, financial planning, and client needs assessment
• Sales, negotiation, and business development expertise
• Time management, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Raipur market is advantageous
