Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with potential customers.
Conduct field sales activities, including counseling sessions, to promote life insurance products.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for bancassurance sales.
