Role Description

In the role of Relationship Manager and Senior Manager at EFL, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored finance solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, achieving business targets, managing customer portfolios, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver optimal financial services. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client partnerships.
• Proficiency in sales and business development, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial analysis and credit underwriting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial products such as machinery loans, business loans, and working capital loans is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience in the Non-Banking Financial Sector or similar industry is preferred.
