The role focuses on client acquisition from the open market and helping clients grow their wealth through broking and investment products.Key Responsibilities: • Acquire new clients from the open market for Equity, F&O, and Investment Products. • Achieve revenue targets of 1.5x from Broking and 0.5x from Non-Broking (MF, Bonds, PMS, IPO, Insurance, etc.). • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and portfolio guidance. • Cross-sell investment and wealth management products to enhance wallet share. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and internal policies.Candidate Profile: • Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance or Commerce preferred). • Minimum 1 year of experience in Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Advisory. • NISM (Equity Derivatives) certification mandatory or to be obtained within 3 months. • Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about financial markets.What We Offer:✅ Attractive incentives and performance-linked rewards.✅ Opportunity to grow with a trusted financial brand.✅ Continuous learning and career development in wealth management.📩 Interested candidates can send their resume to:👉 Saurabhkolge@rathi.com
