Job Description

As a Sales and Distribution Manager, your role will involve managing sales and distribution channels, including cross channel and open market channels. Your responsibilities will include ensuring unilateral growth by adding new DSAs/Branches, managing and growing the Direct Sales team, and focusing on increased productivity. You will also be responsible for marketing and encashing catchment areas, meeting with HNI clients to explain various products related to Loan against property/HF, and building and maintaining relationships with builders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales and distribution channels - Add new DSAs/Branches to ensure unilateral growth - Grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased productivity - Market and encash catchment areas - Meet HNI clients to explain loan products - Build and maintain builder relations and tie-ups - Obtain project approvals from builders - Generate additional revenue through cross-selling and multi-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, etc. - Train and develop the DST team and DSAs - Liaise with internal teams for business, including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations - Process cases end-to-end and update customers on status - Ensure top-class service for customers to improve NPS Scores Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and distribution strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing revenue generation through effective cross-selling practices. Your qualifications as a Graduate or MBA will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.
