Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to determine the best course of action. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably in affordable housing or housing loan sales. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including housing loans and related financing options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex financial data. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an asset.
