We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loan products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
