Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and generate leads for affordable housing products. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing products, including housing loans and related financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client data and interactions.
