Job Description: As a Relationship Manager in the Agri Business Group within the Agri SME Working Capital Loans department, your main responsibility is to manage and grow the existing portfolio of customers in the Agri, Food processing, and MSME Industries. You will be offering loan products tailored to meet the working capital and term loan requirements of the customers. Your role also involves building a strong customer base to increase assets and liabilities, generating revenue by providing high standards of service, and deepening relationships through cross-selling and third-party products. Continuous monitoring of accounts, ensuring no delinquencies, and collaborating with various internal teams for customer requirements are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing portfolio of customers by offering loan products aligned with their requirements - Build a robust customer base to increase assets and liabilities - Earn revenue by providing high standards of service on an ongoing basis - Deepen relationships with customers through cross-selling and third-party products - Monitor accounts regularly to ensure business is on track as per budgets - Ensure portfolio hygiene, post-disbursement deferrals closure in time, and security perfection - Engage with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR team for customer requirements Qualifications Required: - CA / Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking and Finance - Fresher CAs and MBAs can also apply - Candidates from different industries such as Agri Input Industries, Accounting firms, insurance companies, rating agencies, NBFCs, MFI Industries, or Branch banking background are welcome - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent relationship management skills,
