**Job Description:** As a suitable candidate for this position, you should hold an MBA, M.Com, Engineering degree, or any other relevant graduate degree with prior experience in Financial Institutions or Sales Management. Your academic credentials, previous projects, and skill certifications in Finance or Sales will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take charge of business development and team management activities within the organization. - Engage in the development of new business opportunities and the enhancement of existing client relationships through effective portfolio management. - Utilize your knowledge of financial products to interpret market trends and make informed decisions. - Showcase strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to the team. - Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities while collaborating with colleagues as a team player. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA, M.Com, Engineering degree, or any relevant graduate degree. - 2-5 years of experience in a similar field. - Keen interest in learning and growing in the field of wealth and financial management. - Strong academic performance and certifications in Finance or Sales would be an added advantage.
