Relationship Executive (Trading Application Sales)

As a Telesales Executive/Relationship Executive-Voice Process at Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700 020 for Dhanush, our investment and trading platform, your role involves engaging with newly registered and existing clients to drive initial trading activity and promote financial products. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound calls to clients for driving initial trading activity. - Clearly explaining the benefits of Dhanush's trading platform. - Guiding clients through their first trade execution and assisting with platform navigation. - Building rapport with inactive accounts to increase platform usage. - Identifying client needs and cross-selling suitable financial products. - Maintaining detailed logs of client interactions in CRM tools. - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery. - Meeting or exceeding revenue generation targets. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the stockbroking industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali. - A confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach. - Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space.,
