Job Description

  • Mandatory NISM certified
  • 2 years of experience in insurance/investment industry is desirable
  • Preferably from Bank/ ND having experience of interaction with insurance agents
  • Graduate Passout, MBA (Marketing) is desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation & networking abilities
  • Proficiency in the local language will be must
  • Adequate know-how of IT skills (MS Office etc) is mandatory
  • Will be in touch with empanelled LIC agent MFDs and call the, contact them for APPS training, brief them about APPS benefits and ensure that most of them avail the APPS for most of their LIC clients. Idea is to maximise on inflows and AUM of the 3 schemes covered in APPS
  • Further he will be touch with above empanelled LIC agent MFDs and work for cross selling of our other products
  • To get in touch with local LIC branches, build a relationship with officials and prospect LIC agents for NISM VA MFD training and empanelment with LICMF
  • To get in touch with good development officers, build relationship with them and prospect LIC agents for NISM VA MFD training and empanelment with LICMF
  • Will call/contact empanelled LIC agent MFDs for our other products and sales related training
  • To collect data base of LIC agents (new and non MFDs) and invite them for webinar through mail/whatsapp
  • To join social media group where insurance agents interact and prospect LIC agents for training and empanelment with LICMF
  • To attend insurance and investment meet/seminar wherever possible for networking and prospect LIC agents for training and empanelment with LICMF
  • To find good LIC agents who might be MFD but yet to get empaneled with us. Will try to rope them in.
  • To share information with LIC agent MFDs about various training we conduct to enhance their competence level. Get willing ones for the training and inform to Corporate office
  • To get feedback from existing LIC agent MFDs w.r.t their expectation from LICMF and share with Corporate office
  • To help empanelled LIC agent MFDs to organize client acquisition through presentation in group and business growth in LICMF products
  • To achieve targets given to him
  • To submit weekly activity report (every Monday) to Corporate Office in the structured format (that will be shared with him)
  •  To maintain good relations with all  
  • To build dynamic ,effective and error free database which would be consistently reported to the designated line of reporting and in line with the timelines of the designated reporting guidelines
  • To ensure all activities are in line within the framework of  statutory guidelines
  • To do any other assignment if decided relevant for LICMF growth.
