Role Description

The Area Business Manager at Bandhan Bank will be responsible for overseeing and managing a network of banking outlets in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This full-time, on-site role includes driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing branch operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Area Business Manager will mentor and lead the team, develop customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and implement business strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Proven abilities in team leadership, management, and training for meeting performance goals.
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively under performance pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
