Position Overview

dynamic and personable Relationship Associate / Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

1. Parent & Prospect Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students
Welcome and guide visitors during school tours and open houses
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians

2. Admissions Support

Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Share accurate information on curriculum, programs, fees, and school policies
Follow up with prospective parents and assist them through the application process

3. Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate with academic, administrative, and accounts teams to resolve parent queries
Ensure smooth communication between parents and internal departments

4. Problem-Solving & Conflict Management

Address parent concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining positive relationships

5. Record-Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and interactions
Assist in preparing reports related to admissions and parent feedback

6. Communication & Brand Representation

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Promote the school’s values, culture, and programs effectively
Act as a brand ambassador in all parent and visitor interactions

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (experience in education, customer service, or sales preferred)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up abilities
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
