Relationship Associate's job description generally involves supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. This includes tasks like managing customer portfolios, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with credit-related tasks and product solutions. They also handle inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Providing day-to-day support to clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving issues. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service. Data Management: Collecting, validating, and updating client data in relevant systems. Coordination: Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., Loan Review, Loan Operations) to address client needs. Product Knowledge: Providing information on products and services, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending improvements to processes and procedures. Reporting: Generating reports on client data and performance. KYC/AML: Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence.
