Relationship Associate

The Relationship Associate in the Bancassurance department at Ujjivan/TMB/DCB/SIB is responsible for fulfilling leads and prospecting new business from the salary segment of the bank partner to close Protection and Annuity business. You will be expected to generate leads at the time of account opening or service calls to customers, establish and strengthen relationships with Cluster heads and staff to promote Protection and Annuity products, participate in work site activities such as setting up stalls and delivering presentations in corporate settings, engage with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) for one-on-one selling, close sales and ensure follow-up on issuance. Additionally, you will work towards increasing the bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions, achieve targeted penetration on Annuity and Protection products, drive Reward and Recognition programs for bank staff, and conduct regular training sessions for bank staff on Annuity and Protection plans offered by Max Life. Success in this role will be measured by factors including Adjusted Modal First Year Premium (MFYP), the number of policies sold, and managing business leakage including cancellations. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline, have 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, possess good communication skills in English and regional languages (mandatory), fall within the age group of 21-28 years, and preferably have your own conveyance.,
