Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing financial strategies tailored to clients' needs. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients to understand their financial goals, promoting financial products and services, maintaining productive relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. The role may also involve cross-selling additional products and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze client financial requirements and propose suitable financial solutions
• Familiarity with financial products such as loans, investment solutions, and structured products
• Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base
• Sales and negotiation skills to achieve business targets
• Understanding of compliance requirements and adherence to financial regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are an asset
