Relaionship Manager- Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Sales Growth & Opportunity Identification: Identify new sales opportunities, upsell existing services, and cross-sell new products to expand client portfolios.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Solution Provider: Understand clients' unique needs and tailor solutions by providing information on company products and services.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and to coordinate solutions.
• Performance Reporting: Track client satisfaction, provide feedback to internal teams, and prepare sales reports to monitor progress and forecast future trends.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, conducting satisfaction surveys, and seeking ways to improve the client experience.
• Market Awareness:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and strategies to clients and the sales team.

• Bachelor degree or related field is required
