The suitable candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations. The position requires a sound understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, strong organizational skills, an attention to detail and ability to interact across a range of stakeholders. Principal Responsibilities Member of a team that monitors the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations. This will include: MiFID II trade and transaction reporting MAS trade & valuation reporting Support exception & rejection management Assess on a continuous basis regulatory reporting risk, and introduce or enhance controls as required Assist with the resolution of failed, inadequate or missing controls Assist with the documentation and implementation of processes and procedures for monitoring compliance across transaction reporting regimes Remain current on the regulatory reporting landscape Ensure the Operations department is fully compliant with regulatory requirements at all times. Qualifications/Skills Required Proven understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and their impact on Operations Good knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income and commodities Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx & Tableau Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel PowerPoint and Word Ability to manage a range of stakeholders Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others Show more Show less
