Roles Responsibilities:

Support the legal affairs team with documentation and compliance-related tasks.
Analyse product artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Ensure all artwork complies with local and international cosmetic regulatory requirements.
Create product packaging artwork aligned with brand identity and regulatory guidelines.
Manage artwork projects from inception to production, meeting timelines and Quality standards.
Collaborate with Product Development on product specifications and text requirements.
Review artwork proofs for design, text, and product information accuracy.
Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with administrative tasks and provided feedback for Artwork improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in pharmacy (regulatory affairs or quality assurance), science, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills; adept at cross-departmental collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
