Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with various internal and external departments, government Offices, Municipality and local bodies.

• The job holder will have to liaise between various internal and external departments, government Offices, Municipality and local bodies to get necessary permissions, sanction letters, NOC's and approvals for varied tasks at different stages of the Project (from commencement to completion). Also, will have to oversee completion of tasks e.g. Site security, Temporary Water, Temporary Power Supply, Life Installation, Water line installation, Permanent Water Connection, and other related tasks as required from time to time at various stages of the project life cycle.

• Skills needed

  Must be extremely patient, willing to learn and work hard. Must be honest and work with integrity. Should have knowledge of basic computer skills.

• Tasks and approvals

• Liaise between various internal and external departments, government Offices, Municipality and local bodies to get necessary permissions, sanction letters, NOC's and approvals for varied tasks at different stages of the Project as mentioned below: On time completion of listed tasks at various stages Patience, Perseverance, Co-ordination, Communication, Interpersonal, Drafting, Follow up Good with computers, communication and co-ordination skills.
• Must be patient and willing to work hard with focus on time lines.
• Stage 1 TLR - Total Land Record Site Clearance - Tree Cutting if any Site Security Borewell Approval Royalty Clearance Labour License
• Stage 2 Property Tax NOC for Land Temporary Water Temporary Water Supply Commencement Certificate Pre - Fire NOC
• Stage 3 Power Sanction Drainage Connection Property Tax NOC Land & Building Local NOC's Fire NOC Lift License DG set License
• Stage 4 Lift Installation HT Line Installation Drainage Line Installation Water Line Installation Rain Water Harvesting as per CC
• Stage 5 Permanent Water Connection Permanent Water Release at Site Occupancy Certificate
